This website is hosted by Vercel, Inc. Requests may involve processing IP addresses, timestamps, requested pages, browser and operating system information, referrer URLs and technical status information. 4. Contact and trial classes
When you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we process the information you provide, such as your name, contact details, preferred class date and message. We use it to handle your enquiry and, where applicable, take pre-contractual steps under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other correspondence may be based on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Your first trial class is free.
The website itself has no contact form and stores no booking data. You send any message yourself in your chosen communication service.
5. WhatsApp
We use ordinary external WhatsApp links only. No WhatsApp widgets or scripts load when you visit the website. Clicking a link takes you to an external service, whose own privacy terms also apply. WhatsApp is optional; you may contact us by phone or email instead.
6. Social media and maps
Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps are provided as links only. No feeds, social media plugins or interactive maps load automatically. A connection is made only when you activate a link. The relevant provider’s privacy information also applies to subsequent processing.
7. Cookies, analytics and tracking
The website itself sets no cookies and uses no local storage for visitor tracking, analytics or marketing services. There is no Meta Pixel, Google Analytics or embedded advertising. Language is determined by the URL. Fonts and logo files are served locally.
8. Memberships
When entering into and administering a membership, we process necessary contract data. This may include name, address, contact details, date of birth where required, membership type, start date, term and payment or billing information. Legal bases include Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for the contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR for legal obligations. This website does not offer online contract signing or payment.
9. Photos and videos
Training or event images are published only on an appropriate legal basis. Consent is obtained separately where required. For minors, the necessary consent of parents or legal guardians is taken into account. The current graphic placeholders do not depict real people.
10. Recipients and transfers
Where necessary, hosting, IT, communications, payment, bookkeeping or tax advisory providers may receive data. Processors are engaged under Article 28 GDPR. Transfers outside the EEA for which we are responsible are subject to Articles 44 et seq. GDPR.
11. Retention
Data is deleted when no longer needed for its purpose, unless legal retention duties or legitimate reasons such as establishing or defending legal claims require longer storage. Documents subject to statutory retention requirements are kept for the legally required period.
